Asteroids Plus

This is a early development prototype that I'm using to teach myself Godot.  This is my Godot port from my web based version, that was written in Javascript.  Lots of work left to do on this...

• added movement animations
• patched the asteroid count, by disabling physics when asteroid destroyed
• adding player and asteroid destruction animation
• adding player died countdown prior to respawning
